Viewpoint Housing's dedicated Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining Viewpoint's housing stock to the highest standards as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

If you have to report a repair to Viewpoint, you can now do so in the following ways:

- In office hours you can now call our Freephone Repairs number 0800 345 7347 which connects you straight through to the repairs desk.

-You can report a repair via this website. Please click on following link and click on the images which most relate to the repair needed. You will then be asked to fill out a short form, detailing your contact details. Report a Repair.

- If you need to report an emergency repair outwith office hours you can do so by pulling the cord (if you have one in your flat) and speaking to a Telecare operator or by calling 0800 783 3615.
