Our CEO and Chairman
Viewpoint Housing Association was founded in 1947 to promote and provide independent living options for single women of limited financial means. As Viewpoint original tenants grew older the Association recognised the need for a variety of housing schemes designed specifically to meet the requirements of older people, such as sheltered housing through to 24-hour care. In addition to catering for older people, Viewpoint has also introduced amenity and general needs housing for those below retirement age.
Our vision is to be committed to delivering excellence in housing, care and support for older people!
Viewpoint Housing Association is supported by a Board of Directors whose membership provides a very unique depth and breadth of experience, skills and expertise.
VHA works with the Viewpoint Trust who also plays a crucial role in providing funding for the major development projects within the Association.
