All information which you provide us with will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
Once we receive your completed application form, we will issue you with a letter of acknowledgement confirming that you have a place on the waiting list. We may contact you if we require clarification on anything on the application form. We do not carry out the full assessment of your or your loved ones needs until we are at the point of being able to offer you a place in one of our care homes.
