Our Management Board decided in April this year to make an important new commitment to supporting our employees with their learning and development needs by creating this function within the new Human Resources Department.
One of the main features of a learning organisation is to have a structured and standardised process to introduce staff to the organisation and the workplace with a basic induction leading into a learning and development programme, assessment and a relevant qualification.
