Some or all of the following services could be available to all our tenants. The cost of these are met by charging a service charge for them which forms part of the tenancy agreement. It is noted below if these services are optional:
- Housing Support provided by on site staff
- A centralised call and alarm service
- Provision and Replacement of Lifts, Controlled Door Entry Systems, fire alarms and TV aerials.
- Gardening
- Appliances (optional)
- Cleaning in the communal areas and other communal area expenses e.g. furniture
- External window cleaning
- Central Heating and Hot Water
- Communal Laundry Facilities
- Home Contents Insurance (Optional)
- Sinking fund – the planned replacement of major items
