8) Loanstock Housing
This is for applicants who wish to apply for sheltered or enhanced supported housing and who can fund an unsecured investment in one of these properties. This investment gives a right of tenancy to a vacant property. There are around 101 properties in the Edinburgh area which are allocated through Loanstock. For further details and an information leaflet contact the Viewpoint office.
9) Supported Housing
Viewpoint works in partnership with support providers in Edinburgh and Fife in order to supply housing for tenants who require support to sustain a tenancy in the community. Each project is subject to separate Allocations policies and therefore any one interested in this type of accommodation should contact Viewpoint in the first instance for further advice.
