Tenant Participation

Viewpoint Housing Association is continually striving to improve our services and we want all of our tenants to be as fully as involved as possible in helping to shape Viewpoint's future. There are a number of ways that you can become involved:

Focus Groups

The Association is looking for anyone who is interested  in joining a focus group. We are  seeking the involvement of a cross section of all our tenants and in particular people with a disability or people from ethnic backgrounds.

Focus groups are usually made up of a mixture of tenants and staff who discuss ways of improving a service; often looking at what feedback we receive from our tenants from various sources including surveys.
