Viewpoint is at an exciting time in our 70 year history as the new CEO undertakes a review of the Association’s strategic vision, the organisation design that will support us to achieve our vision and how the whole organisation, both staff and customers, can have a voice in the future direction.

To help facilitate this change, VHA is expanding the remit of the Business Support function which incorporates this role. The new Corporate Support Administrator will take responsibility providing a personal, dedicated administration service to support the Board, Sub Committees, Executive Team and corporate governance function of the organisation. You will support the Company Secretary and the Head of Business Support in carrying out all Governing Body organisation and administration and maintain the governance and regulatory registers.

The appointed candidate will be a values driven individual who takes a collaborative approach to work. You will have experience of working in a similar position and have strong organisational and administrative skills. An excellent communicator with great attention to detail and a can do attitude will do well in this role.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a Standard Disclosure. Viewpoint will cover your Standard Disclosure fee.
