Viewpoint Housing Association (VHA) is on a new and exciting journey. We are moving towards being an inclusive, innovative, customer focussed, forward thinking organisation. We currently have over 300 dedicated employees who provide services to 3 care homes and 1340 properties across Edinburgh, Lothians and Fife and we hope you would like to join our team.
As the CEO, it is important that all our employees understand the ethos of our business and are passionate about the delivery of an excellent customer service. First and foremost, you should have the ability to listen to our customers’ views of the service, how it could be improved to meet their needs and by taking these views forward, help us learn as an organisation how to adapt our models of service delivery.
We also need you to understand the importance of team working across the business and how your role feeds into the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and the overall Strategic Plan for VHA.
