Location: EH9 2HG
We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our catering team.
You will need to have:
- The ability to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for our residents
- An engaging manner with residents and care colleagues
- Understanding of the importance of appetising and nutritious menus
- A good understanding of nutrition.
- A genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents.
- Good understanding of HACCP.
- An understanding of menu development.
- The ability to manage the kitchen in the Catering Managers absence.
- Knowledge and experience of working within budget and managing stock control.
- Hold NVQ / SVQ or equivalent (or be willing to undertake this training).
