About the Role

Reporting to the Service Support Senior, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our tenants, residents and customers receive the right support at the right time. You'll work closely with contractors and colleagues across the organisation to resolve enquiries quickly, coordinate services effectively and deliver positive outcomes for our customers.

  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Assets Team.
  • Maintain and update Viewpoint systems, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and fully compliant.

  • Enjoys working as part of a team and building strong relationships.
  • Can manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Is confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Takes pride in finding practical solutions and delivering excellent service.

Why join us?

If you're passionate about delivering excellent service, enjoy working with people and want to be part of an organisation that values collaboration, integrity and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

More details can be found in the Job Description and Person Specification attached.

Please be aware there is a business requirement to work 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on a Friday to provide the expected level of customer service. Whilst this is a hybrid post, working within your team there will be an expectation you will be based at our offices on a regular basis

Our organisational values and behaviours expect all our staff to be able to work with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds with an approachable and solution-oriented style; keen to support and drive the development of a positive working culture across the organisation and able to represent the organisation in all that they do.
