We do what we do to help our customers and not to win awards. However, when that happens it’s a lovely bonus so here are a few details of our favourite accolades.
This celebrates our commitment to inclusion and recognises everyone’s hard work over the last few years to improve tenant and customer participation. We’re one of only a small number of landlords to achieve this award.
‘TPAS Accreditation is an acknowledgement of the commitment to participation from Viewpoint Housing Association. The Association has worked hard over the past few years to improve its tenant and service user participation. Congratulations for a well deserved accreditation award’. --Lesley Baird, TPAS Chief Executive.

Our staff are our biggest asset and without them we’d never be able to create joy in later years. This award shows how much we value their commitment and how much we invest in their training and development. Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard, covering almost seven million employees across 30,000 organisations. During 2011 Viewpoint underwent the IiP assessment process, and following this was successfully recognised as having achieved the standard. And in 2014 we achieved Silver status for our ongoing commitment to Investors in People. We are especially grateful to all our staff, as we could not have achieved this recognition without them.
We are very proud of Edinburgh Craft Cafe, a finalist in the 2012 Awards for Best Innovation in Continuing Care. Scotland’s Dementia Awards is a partnership between Alzheimer Scotland, NHS Education for Scotland, NHS Health Scotland and Scottish Social Services Council. The Awards provide an opportunity for professionals and communities, who are committed to enhancing the health, wellbeing and experience of people with dementia and their families, to have their work recognised and promoted.
We were honoured to be recognised in this prestigious awards scheme in 2015 and would like to thank all our staff for working so hard to help us achieve such an accolade. Once again this proves our ongoing commitment to investing and developing our people.
Awarded by the National Centre for Diversity in recognition for our ongoing drive for equality. We’ve been working with the Centre since 2014 to ‘advance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to ensure fairness for all’. Find out more at nationalcentrefordiversity.com
