We’ll listen to what’s on your mind and constantly adapt to ensure we continue to provide the services you want. Your feedback is key to all we do and there are many ways to get involved. A summary of our Tenant Participation Strategy can be found here.
If you would like any further information or just a chat about how to get involved then please telephone 0131 662 5142 to speak to our Tenant Participation and Communications Co-ordinator or email: email@example.com

Tenant led Scrutiny within Viewpoint is well established and two Scrutiny reviews have been organised since 2015. Using the information gained through the process we have been able to influence change and improve services, as well as increase tenants’ understanding of services. We have members of staff trained to deliver the Scottish Government’s Stepping up to Scrutiny programme, and support for Scrutiny groups has been provided by independent support from the Tenant Information Service (TIS). The work of the Repairs Service Improvement Group has been recognised nationally by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), TIS and Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) and used as a good practice example of Tenant Scrutiny. The Tenant Care and Role of Coordinator Scrutiny Group findings were used to shape the developing new Care at Home Service being delivered to our tenants in Edinburgh from 2017.
You can play a big part in how we provide care by joining the recruitment panel and helping us chose the right housing staff. A copy of our Tenant Involvement in Staff Recruitment Policy can be found here.
We have a group of volunteers who work with staff to shape the style and content of our Tenant Conference, which is normally an annual event.
Unfortunately our 2020 conference has been cancelled due to Coronavirus.
Did you know that every time we arrange a repair we ask tenants to fill a short feedback form? And every quarter one lucky tenant gets a £50 M&S voucher for returning the form to us. You could be our next winner. So don’t miss out, make sure you send us your repairs feedback.
