New novel by Sue Lawrence - dedicated to Lennox House

We are delighted to have attended the launch of Sue Lawrence’s latest novel, Down to the Sea. One of our favourite writers, Sue has very kindly dedicated this book to our very own Lennox House Care Home in Trinity.

A mystery novel set in Newhaven, the book tells two parallel tales about the same house, from the 1980s and late 19th century. It’s an exciting story that brings the past and present together with plenty of drama, mystery and danger. You can get it here. And follow Sue on Twitter here.

Sue Lawrence is one of the UK’s leading cookery writers, with eighteen published cookbooks. Having trained as a journalist in Dundee, she won BBC’s MasterChef in 1991 and became a food writer, regularly contributing to Scotland on Sunday, the Sunday Times and many leading magazines. She has won two Guild of Food Writers Awards and a Glenfiddich Food and Drink Award.
