Rent and Service Charge Consultation Outcomes Report February 2022

Thank you to all who responded to the rent and service charge consultation.

The Board considered this information, along with other financial information, and have agreed that rents will increase by 2.9% and service charges by 2% with effect from 1 April 2022. Individual letters will be sent out shortly to advise what the changes are for each property.
